3. Frequency of Messages

6. Costs and Charges

Standard messaging rates from the Client's mobilecarrier may apply for receiving SMS messages. The Provider is not responsiblefor any charges incurred by the Client from their mobile carrier.

7. Service Availability

The Provider will make reasonable efforts to ensure theavailability and reliability of the SMS Service. However, the Provider is notliable for any disruptions, interruptions, or delays in the Service that arebeyond its control.

8. Termination

The Provider reserves the right to terminate or suspendthe SMS Service to the Client at any time and for any reason, without priornotice.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

The Provider may modify or update these terms andconditions at its discretion. It is the Client's responsibility to periodicallyreview this Agreement for any changes.
